“Good location, clean and good facilities”

“Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado. Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias……

“Es war ein sehr schönes, kleines Appartement. Das Beistellsofa war ein wenig durchgelegen und die Wände im Haus waren Recht dünn, womit man doch ein wenig die Nachbarschaft mitbekommen hat. Ansonsten war es eine Recht schöne und ruhige Gegend. Nur ca. 5-10min zum Strand.”

“Great location in Ruzafa. Loved the style and layout of the apartment, two good sized shower rooms, plenty of hot water, balcony, decor, modern furnishings. The apartment was clean and uncluttered no 'rogue' items in the kitchen cupboards, for example, which one can often get in rental apartments. Great that shower gel, liquid hand soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, new kitchen scourer/dish cloth is provided. Particularly liked the original mosaic floor throughout the apartment. ……
