I waited 15 minutes until someone showed up. The facility and room was ok for 1 night stay, but it had a smell when i walked into the room. They definitely need to update the room, I think it was the old carpet in the room. I think that is what makes the room smell and made it feel dirty. The pictures on Expedia are probably from years ago. Because the facility no longer looks like it. But for the price and stay one night. The room smelled ugly I had to use my own spray, the beds were not comfortable at all, I also think that room had bed bugs or something because since my stay I been itching a lot . There was a dead lizard stuck to the door, the shower curtain rod was coming out, the toilet wasnt seated properly and it wiggled when u sat down. We could smell the room next to us which was 3 men and they need to learn what courtesy flushing is. The matress was so horrible the i only slept for a few hours each night and that was on heavy medication. I dont know how people get away with charging that much for a room when it is that bad.
