“I LOVED the lock box key card for people who travel late. The property isn’t 24 hours because it is a small town but they do give you options to have your key card in a lock box with a unique code for those who arrive late. We arrived at midnight and were able to get into our room perfectly! I ended up needing extra towels and a broom (due to breaking a glass personal item) and they had maintenance come and clean it up even though i told them i would happily do so! “Had an excellent stay at Willits Best Western Inn during May long weekend. Service and staff behavior was beyond expectations. We left our Apple EarPods at the hotel and the reception staff was very helpful in ensuring the EarPods were kept safe and returned to us the next week. Breakfast was simple but good and rooms were very clean.”

“This is the second time we've stayed here recently, and the staff has always been great - friendly, proactive and helpful. The hotel is about 2 miles from downtown Ft. Bragg, but there are several restaurants within an easy walk (we like The Wharf directly across from the hotel). The WiFi was not great during this stay; I don't remember it being like that previously.”

“Cabin was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. It rained and they normally lock the pool and hot tub when it rains, but they were super accomadating and unlocked the hot tub for us.”
