Front desk service was excellent! One of our two rooms was cleaner than the other but they were short on housekeeping the day we checked in. The second floor room I stayed in had a very strong smell of cigarettes that may bother someone else but assuming it used to be a smoking building and they do what they can to get rid of it I did not ask for another room.
