The Grand Master bedroom features an oversized jacuzzi soaking tub, a custom large walk in shower, his and hers seperate counters/sinks. The dining area is a wonderful spot to enjoy a special dinner for your group, a special occasion, anniversary or intimate wedding celebration. The dining and entry Antler Chandeliers are also quite dramatic! This home belongs to an avid hunter who has his trophy mounts displayed throughout the home. They are spectacular! Early check-in requests may be approved based on availability. During holidays, check-in may be as late as 6:00 PM, and early check-in will not be available. CHRISTMAS POLICY: Reservations during the Christmas holiday require a minimum stay of 4 nights. Reservations cannot begin or end on December 25 or January 1\. New reservations cannot create single-night gaps. No cancellations or changes are allowed 30 days before your scheduled arrival. CANCELLATIONS: CHRISTMAS POLICY: For reservations during the Christmas Holiday, there will be a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights. Reservations cannot check in or check out on December 25th or January 1st. New reservations cannot create single-night gaps and may require additional nights to book based on existing reservations. All reservations MUST be paid in full by December 1st or at the time of the reservation if the reservation is booked after December 01\. There will be absolutely NO cancellations or changes 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. STANDARD CANCELATION POLICY: (Normal reservations other than holidays, etc.): If you give us 14 days or more notice, we will refund your FULL DEPOSIT less the cancellation fee\*. With less than 14 days’ notice, but greater than 7 days’ notice, we will refund 50% of your deposit less the cancellation fee\*. Less than 7 days’ notice, but greater than 48 hours’ notice, we will refund 25% of your deposit less the cancellation fee\*. If you give us less than 48 hours’ notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost. Any reservation 30 days or longer will require a 30-day notice to cancel. SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELATION POLICY: Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc., require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE to cancel for a full refund less the cancellation fee\*. If you give us less than 30 Days' notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost. \*CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEE: If you must cancel, a $40.00 amount plus 6% of the amount charged will be withheld from your deposit as the cancellation fee. If you wish to change your reservation for a Standard reservation and the arrival is more than 14 days from today, there will be a $40 change fee added to the reservation. Wow this house was a very pleasant surprise! We didn't realize that it was in the country and surrounded by 600 plus acres of beautiful mountains, trees, greenery and lots of elk! We enjoyed hiking and sitting out back each morning and evening. The house was absolutely stunning, immaculately decorated and well stocked with all that you need. So comfortable for our family of 5\. The only thing that would have made this vacation better- is if we had booked more nights.
