I loved the tub, the heating and air worked just great. The staff was wonderful, and I enjoyed the zoo. The only thing that can think of is that maybe there could be a longer shower curtain in the bathroom, because the water went all over the floor from under the one that was there to use. ... Other than that, i had a GREAT stay

The room was very outdated, many outlets did not work bathroom needs lots of work and proper cleaning. I arrived approximately 10:45 and felt like I disturbed the night workers phone call. Her service was poor. The day manager was much more accommodating explained things. With a bit of work this could be a good place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay the staff are wonderful the room was nice and neat the bathroom was fully stocked i was honestly astonish at how professional they are and would love to experience it a million more nights

Not impressed with breakfast, but location was excellent, elevator was fast, service was good

Beautiful hotel. Was most impressed with the size of the room…and the quiet! Loved the older hotels for that. Couldn’t get more convenient to the Jazz fest we attended. The location was excellent, the staff pleasant and helpful. Great experience! Will be back for next year Jazz fest!
