“Stay was okay ”

“The location was perfect, breakfast was amazing both days, staff were helpful at every request, the aquatic center was just right for the kids (and adults), and the room was cozy. If I need a hotel in the area again, I’ll be going back here. ”

Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!”

“This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams). “Great location and upscale neighborhood close to Interstate. My room was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent too, a very thoughtful and well-prepared selection breakfast choices. ”
