Hotel is good love the location. The breakfast buffet is somewhat awful and I would certainly skip especially for the price they charge. Lots of food options around right out the door. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were rocks. Other than that great location would probably try one of the other hotels next time but it wasn’t bad and would stay again for sure. They won’t let you check in early either 3pm and it’s a big line as everyone is just waiting…

Great hotel! We were a family of 5 staying here and the size of the rooms was great. The hotel was clean and modern, recently built. The decor was tasteful. The lobby smelled amazing! The best part was the location. Everything was within walking distance. The neighborhood was lively and family friend. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and modern rooms and hotel In general, the spa is an extra cost which seemed abit unfair when we paid £750 for 3nights stay already, clean and quiet though with that said. Location was right next to Kyoto station so was very convenient for getting around the city, staff were very helpful and friendly, good selection of food and drinks from the mini bar in the room and price wasn’t horrendous, didn’t try the hotel restaurant as the price seemed abit steep compared to the rest of the city. Would stay again and would say it's worth it’s 5star rating.

clean and spacious room. professional, kind and friendly staff. Ac was working well. we didn't have chance to use Washing machine coz we stayed only one night .
