I honestly was expecting the hotel to be a little better. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The door did not close all the way, I had to make sure I pushed the door to make sure it closed. Refrigerator also wasn't working properly. Hotel was ok I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars.

This is a great location close to lotta restaurants and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was excellent. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi in the room did not work and the fitness center was full of chairs from conference room used as storage. I had a very nice breakfast and the restaurant attendant was lovely.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. The rooms were dirty, housekeeping never properly serviced our room, and no one checked to make sure we had fresh towels, toiletries, or other basic supplies throughout our stay. The entire hotel was filthy. There were roaches throughout the property, and the pool area had spilled food left on the ground for over a week without being cleaned. The elevator was dirty, extremely slow, and barely seemed to work. The lobby carpets were stained with what appeared to be urine and feces, creating a disgusting first impression every time we walked through. To make matters worse, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when concerns were raised. Overall, this hotel is poorly maintained, unsanitary, and far below acceptable hospitality standards. Between the dirty rooms, lack of housekeeping, roaches, filthy common areas, broken-down elevator, and unfriendly staff, this stay was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others avoid it. Given the conditions we experienced, I believe reimbursement is absolutely warranted.
