"I was very happy with the property, the only minor note is that I wish we had free water bottles daily like other hotels, though this is offset by the free drinks downstairs which I was happy about. Overall a great stay."

"Impecable room and service, but since I have food allergies, it was complicated, In Hiroshima at the Hilton hotel they did have options like gluten free soy sauce. Considering the price for this luxurious hotel I think they should consider food allrgies on their menu."

"Very nicely appointed modern design and a great location near shopping areas and Sanjo subway and bus stops. We would have liked a room with a view of the city instead of the inside parking courtyard and more vegetable breakfast options for pure vegetarian/vegan folks. For non-veg folks the breakfast buffet was great. We did not have much staff interaction unlike at some of our other stays in Tokyo and Kawaguchiko. But whatever little interactions we had they were very positive. Will stay there again in future. But will ask for a room with better view. "
