We loved staying here!!! So close to everything but still far enough away it was quiet and calm in the evenings and at night. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The pool and hot tub were amazing and such a relaxing way to start or end the day. There were tons of pool toys and even a wagon for the beach, which made our trip so much easier and more fun. The host was very easy to get ahold of and always quick to respond, which we really appreciated. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our large family!!! Great set up, pool and hot tub were awesome; lots of room for our crew. Spotless. Host thought of everything! We rented a couple golf carts and honestly, wish we could stay forever! The beach is just a block away; or you could hop on a golf cart or bus to Cortez and Coquina. Loved that the hosts were so quick to respond to us, and seriously- they thought of everything for our stay! Already planning our next trip next summer and bringing our pups! Thank you for hosting us, see you next year!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks at this property. The location is great! Short walk to the bay or Bean Point. Quiet area. The house was very clean and although we had a few glitches the owner was very responsive and had things fixed/replaced promptly. He was very easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were great and very clean, although it was unusually cold in Florida so we weren’t able to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. All new appliances and comfortable beds. We’ll be back!
