One of the best bathrooms that I encountered in Guatemala. Nice hot shower. The only downside was that there was no place to hang clothes in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked my hotel stay last minute and I wasn’t expecting the best however it was amazing just for one night. Everything is near by and I was able to grab a bite to eat without worrying of venturing to far. There is no running AC but the humidifier and fan in the room was good and I slept well. I love the rooftop area as well It’s my first solo trip and starting my trip at the why not hotel was a good option for me I highly recommend to book with them

Location was close to everything. Rooftop was beautiful and the workers were friendly I lost my tablet and the worker found it and held it at the front desk..place feels very safe as there are cameras every where. Book your hotel transportation and tour directly with them as it is cheaper

Okay property, beautiful views, and good location to walk to shopping. Very basic room, no tv, no ac, little lighting, no fridge, no microwave. I had issues with my room locking and hot water, but staff helped to correct.

I had a single room and it was a basic accommodation but served my purpose. Convenient to everything and considering this was very quiet. Loved the rooftop. You were unable to have the window open and close the blind which was not an issue because it was cool. If it were warmer I think it would be a problem so a fan might be helpful.

Staff was rude. Seems like they didn’t give a man that you were checking in. We were in a double room and it was located pretty much in the reception. The “window” In the room opened out to the hallway, not to the outdoors. Walls were paper thin so hearing the receptionist giggling at TikTok’s all night adds onto the inconsiderate attitude of the staff. We had an additional booking with this hotel for returning to Antigua, which we have now canceled. It is really cheap, but you get less than what you pay for.

Hay muchas mejoras que realizar a los cuartos. El olor a humedad era muy intenso y se podía observar en varias zonas del cuarto hongo como si no hubiera tratamiento o limpieza en mucho tiempo. De la misma forma, nos entregan la habitación sin cortinas en el baño y sin toallas y tuvimos que esperar hasta la noche para que lo realizara el personal de ese turno; un chico muy amable. En adición, el wifi no llega a las habitaciones de arriba por lo que si no tienes date, tendrías que estar en la recepción. Quienes hacen de la estadía una mejor, son el personal de recpeción el chico que no recuerdo su nombre y estaba en las noches y Leslie que fue muy servicial y dispuesta.

There was mold in my room and it had a pungent smell moist smell. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. The staff seemed distant and standoffish. I stayed in multiple hotels in Antigua and Guatemala and they were all great except this one. The location is perfect but there are plenty of other hotels that are nearby around the same price.

The place is fine I guess. But I came in and the floor looks/feels dirty, the bed cover has an obvious stain on it, and the window into my room leads right to the hallway where there are tons of lights. There is no way to block the lights- it’s frosted glass but no curtains or anything. So the room is bright - good luck falling asleep.

Really loved the price and location . There’s a bar in front of stay along with a gelato spot . Everything is walkable distance , front desk staff super friendly . Clean room with a free water . Had a fan on the wall , extension cord to charge phone close to bed . Can’t beat the price ! Super cute entrance and seating area.
