Worst experience

Arrived at the check-in time the requested room wasn't ready the offered to give me a different room when i said no the made me wait for my room the staff was not professional the rules wasn't clear at the hotels site and when a friend came to my room to pick-up something for me they called me asking that they should leave the room immediately talking to me with unprofessional way and calling me 6 times under 5 minutes and when i asked for the manager they changed the situation and told the manager a different story just to justify their unprofessional behaviour management was nice and apologised but that wasn't enough to make the stuff behave nicely after i came back at night checking me and asking me where I'm going

Bonjour, nous avons été bien reçus. Les responsables de la réception étaient très polis, corrects, serviables. Ils nous avaient bien renseigné sur la belle ville d'Aqaba et répondu à toutes nos questions. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être situé au centre-ville d'Aqaba. Et nous avons été satisfaits par l'hôtel Raad. Bonne vie à la famille Raad.
