This was a very nice home, BUT there were a lot of issues. They said 10 passes were included for the lake, but there were only 8. They said 5 cars were allowed, but only 4 were and we had to park a guest's car 15 minutes away at a random rest stop and hope nothing happened to it overnight and keep checking on it every day and night. Considering it wasn't our error, you'd think we'd be allowed to still park it somewhere within the community, but no. We also couldn't get parking passes until the end of the second day almost!
And the worst part was basically how incredibly dirty the rental was. I believe the cleaners never came between renters or the cleaners are lying to the management company about cleaning. The bedsheets were FILTHY and covered in awful stains and hair and we had to wash them ourselves. There was 1 towel per person (but not enough for those sleeping on couches) and no floor towels for most of the bathrooms. Also barely any toilet paper. We basically had to run out for the simple items that are normally included. There were toys and food from previous guests all over the rugs in nearly each room.
There were some other minor issues, but those were the worst. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next guest! It could have been a much better stay.
