Room not ready at 3 when they say check in available. Blamed previous person in room checking out later but this was said on a couple of family booked separate reservations at this hotel. Breakfast needs help. I did end up with instant oatmeal. The hot food not worth eating. Runny eggs, under cooked tater tots. Hard little biscuits. Several people there at Breakfast complaining to each other. Ceral available and milk. Banana 's were available. Park in front of building as homeless are roaming in back in the evening and they have signs posted about not being responsible for break into vehicles. Good thing I brought my own bottles water as hotel ice and water didnt taste good. Other people complaining too that we're not in our group. Charged 25 a night for service dog. Not offered any compensation for our room not being ready at 3 . We did get key at 4 which left us pushed for time to get to event we were going to at 5. Pool water cool for Kune. Court yard is nice and gated. There is Walmart really close and several places to eat nearby.

Helpful pleasant staff . Spacious room with nice refrigerator and microwave. Clean. Easy parking. Really good breakfast. No complaints

The building is very nice and well maintained. Our room was very large for the price and very well maintained. It is close to everything you want to do in Manhattan. Across the street from Aggieville and the campus and 5 minutes from the Museum of Art and Light and downtown. All in all I will stay at the Bluemont every time I come back.
