“Absolutely beautiful! The beach is fabulous and just a short maybe 5 min walk to mar Chiquita! The mornings on the beach were so peaceful! The beach in front of the condo is definitely not a swimable beach, but the sounds of the waves were amazing! The patio area was cute and very nice to rinse off after the beach ! Also a great lil grilling area tho we didn’t use it. The wildlife is fabulous and such a natural setting! Outstanding! Lilly the property manger was such an asset! Excellent……

“This unit's selling point is its location directly on the beach. The beach is private, and no one ever goes to the beach. The shore is vert rocky and the water rough, not really swimmable but beautiful to look at from the unit's balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach accessories at the unit for you to use. Unit is about a 45 minute drive to San Juan, and there is LOTS of traffic heading to and from San Juan, so it was always……

“This is our 2nd year staying at this listing for spring break. Both trips went so well. The condo is so clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. I also love how there are beach chairs, towels and snorkels to use all week. There is a hammock that he hung on palm trees this year which was nice and relaxing to the sound of the ocean. Ryan the owner is so accommodating and is quick to respond. One of the nights we stayed, there was a power outage on the whole……
