It is so peaceful and quiet. There are only a few rooms and tables to eat breakfast at which I personally really enjoyed. It felt more private and I got the pool and river all to myself. The owner was very helpful and called a taxi for me as I couldn't book my own transportation. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and breakfast was great. Our bed was comfortable, the hot shower worked well. We didn't have to use the air conditioner so it was nice to sleep with the windows open to listen to the river, birds and monkeys. We saw three types of hummingbirds, many other Costa Rican birds including the montezuma oropendiola. The host is friendly and wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. This was the most enjoyable accommodation we had in Costa Rica. Hay que tener cuidado con Waze o google maps porque no son precisos, por lo que recomendamos al hotel poner más letreros en las dos intersecciones previas para llegar al hotel. Agua Inn is a hidden oasis and it’s just a beautiful setting. The owner Trent is very friendly, the wild parrot Peppa is adorable and the creek on the property is soothing. Great pool, great breakfast. There is no a/c but it wasn’t a problem at all because it was cooler in this area and shaded by forest.
