The property was ok. The breakfast was ok. I would consider this hotel basic, clean-ish and in need of some updating. The staff was nice. Unlike other hotels that I've stayed at in the area that take a credit card number to have on file in case of incidentals, they charge a mandatory $100 per room, so it's important to know that ahead of time (I didn't see this anywhere in the fine print on the Expedia listing or in the booking information-staff at the front desk confirmed that the info was missing). Overall, I think there are other properties in the area that are nicer, cleaner and more modern that fall in a similar price range, so I would go with another option next time.

Rooms were clean and spacious to accommodate my family of 5. Staff were friendly and very helpful at checkin. The Hurricane restaurant staff was amazing! Loved the water park. Perfect for my 7,5 and 2 yr old. Something for all of them to do and stay occupied the whole time! Great experience! We will be back!
