Welcome to our beautiful and well-equipped home in Ashton-under-Lyne. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or colleagues, this house is designed to offer flexibility, comfort, and convenience. With plenty of space, modern amenities, and excellent transport links, it’s the ideal base for both work and leisure stays.

- 4 bedrooms: 2 double bed ( 1 of them can be converted into 2 singles), 3 single beds (can be converted into a king),
- 2 bathrooms, with overhead shower and walk-in shower

- Pets may be allowed with prior approval (fees apply)

House Rules
- A refundable security/behaviour deposit of £275 is required (returned in full within 5 working days of departure, subject to inspection).
- Parties are strictly forbidden
- Minimum age requirement is 25+ unless a family booking (must include parent/siblings) or for verified business/contractor stays
- Check-in from 4pm | Check-out by 10am
- Smoking is not allowed
- The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number notified and paid for
- No loud music after 10:30pm
