Vari , probably is a beautiful area of Athens next to famous Vouliagmeni and you have the opportunity to discover the real city of Athens and not just the typical touristic areas.
As our area is next to the sea, it is a little bit cooler compared to the center of Athens,during the summer and away from demonstrations and traffic jams. Our neighborhood is quiet and absolutely safe with no parking problem in case you rent a car.
Furthermore, within 3 minutes walk from the house you can choose from a vast variety of restaurants , supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy e.t.c. . For sailing lovers, you are just 8 km away from the 2 Athens main marinas, where you can start your trip to Aegean sea.
