I appreciated that they did not price gouge like most of the other area hotels on an OU "special" weekend. No frills but it met our needs. Super close to campus. Very clean, polite and attentive staff. It is not fancy. The beds were very firm which I liked. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it fits the bill. I would not be opposed to staying again. The exterior of the property was concerning enough to forgo entrance all together. The road construction on the front street was a bummer. The current owners have put a lot of effort into upgrading the facility. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great place to get a good nights rest. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room had a fridge and microwave. No frills or pool, exercise, food offerings.
