The place was great. I only stayed one night, but it was clean, central, and comfortable. It was also quiet, for being so central in Athens. It was a staff-free location, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'd recommend this place to others visiting Athens.

I didn’t know the hotel was smart hotel. Till we arrived. Talk a man … he was very rude and unfriendly. Lobby was so hot. He didn’t tell us their air conditioning the button in the remote. Where was that at. Till I got number for the lady. She helped us out where everything was when he got our room after two hours .. checked in But the room was okay clean The lady housekeeper was very nice and friendly. And it was not advertise at smart Hotel on Expedia otherwise I would not stay there so I was very disappointed

Very nice easy to access, well-maintained, and very comfortable room. I was actually surprised to see this range with some pits and pans because I like to cook, but I was not expecting this. This was a refreshing exception to the usual microwave. The staff was helpful accessible by a quick, WhatsApp chat to solve any potential problems. The location was just very short walk away from the metro station. I will add this place to my favorites and definitely stay here again if needed.

Great location - in my opinion everything was walking distance. Only suggestion would be to allow signs for no room cleaning - when staying short term usually not needed for me. Even after I asked for no one to come in still 2 did but after another request they didn't any more. Traveling in the summer? It's hot - but this stay had AC which was great. It is self check in/out with a code. Small elevator but stairs. Reception is on the 5th floor.

This is a centrally located, affordable, clean hotel in the heart of Athens, a short walk from the Monastiraki station. The Acropolis is only a 20 minute walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, especially some nice ones in Psiri square. I would stay here again in future visits and would highly recommend anyone else to stay here.
