The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We enjoyed the breakfast and a delicious dinner on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the Acropolis.
Excellent Customer Service! The entire staff is A+ - From the Front Desk Queen Giota, to Evy at the Roof Top! Best stay ever, we will return soon. Awesome location, A Gem in the middle if Athens!
The location is fantastic! Close to restaurants, shopping and bars. You can view the acropolis from the rooftop terrace. The staff was exceptional. The bed was comfy and lots of pillows!
Excellent location, very central and perfect for exploring the main attractions on foot. The staff were also exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Definitely a great place to stay.
I’m so glad that I chose this hotel during our stay in Athens. Each staff member was helpful and extremely accommodating to our needs. This hotel in particular is also in a great spot in terms of walking distance—everything is very close! I felt safe with the doors locking at midnight and someone in the lobby 24/7. The rooms were clean and offered anything that you could need! Highly recommend staying here.
Great staff, excellent location, and overall very pleased with the stay. Would recommend for most travellers. Excellent view of the Acropolis on the rooftop.
The Pinnacle is located in a great part of the city, very close to the Acropolis and many restaurants and shops. The staff was terrific, making recommendations and being accommodating to our travel plans. The rooftop bar is fantastic with a terrific view of the Acropolis. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was clean, the staff were SUPER helpful, accommodating, friendly and just incredibly over the top, above and beyond service! Definitely and 💯 recommend
Place is in the middle of everything so everything is walkable. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is good. Room is clean. Acropolis view from the rooftop. Would book again. 10/10 would recommend.
I chose this hotel from online reviews and they were spot on. The rooms are clean, comfortable and good sized. The staff was incredibly attentive. Over 5 days, not once did we get through the lobby without a staff member asking how were doing, or if they could give us directions, or help out in some way. The roof-top lounge has a stunning view of the Acropolis after nightfall and the location could not have been better. We walked to all our tours and meals and shopping. Staying in city center costs a bit more, but it’s safer, closer, and waaay easier. Highly recommend.
Well located for what we wanted to do for our one night in Athens. Staff were fabulous and so helpful. Rooms were small and were a little musty- but not uncommon with these very old buildings.
