Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host canceled the reservation without warning me (found out by checking the app) and with only TWO HOURS notice before check-in. I reached out the night before, was ignored, and could have been told of the issue at that point. Host seemed to think that providing a refund made everything ok, when the reality is that I was left scrambling for appropriate accomodations while visiting from out of state and with significant geographic constraints.
