Garrett was a great host! The bathrooms were a little small but clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the appliances all worked fine. The table and chairs on the balcony were comfy and we used them a lot. Parking was good and carts were available. Didn't use the pool cuz it was not heated!

I love Atlantic Beach Proper. It is several miles away with Way to much traffic to bike to beach. I feel this hotel misrepresents it’s location. As soon as I drove up I remembered I had been confused with their misrepresentation previously.
