Communication was quick and everything was perfect. The amount of things that were available and thought of was truly extensive and showed how much care they put into hosting. During a recent business trip, due to the absence of a nearby InterContinental hotel, I chose the Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville South Bartram Park (13934 Village Lake Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32258) for a two-night stay from March 20 to March 22, 2025, trusting the IHG brand. “The lobby was very clean but the room was worn out. Lamp shade metal was rusted, the bathroom door was rotted at the bottom, the carpet looked stained. The hall carpet was very dirty. They had two elevators but only one was working with a dirty floor and floor number buttons were rusted. I would not stay there again and probably not a Best Western.”
