Over all was good experience, but had to move rooms three times as first time we asked for rooms next to one another as we had children, and they weren’t beside each other, then the tv didn’t work so we moved again and the tv didn’t work in one of the rooms there either, we had the option to move but didn’t want to move again. Aside from all that staff where friendly and helpful

Good availability of toiletry products in the bathrooms, room was reqsonabky clean. Would have loved to have the Netflix App or something available on the TV for us to sign in to or ability to cast to TV made easier.

When in Auckland I stay at Rydges. Location is awesome for restaurants and cafes. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Car park next door is a tad sketchy but it is inner city parking so probably pretty standard around the world.
