“Das Hotel hat keine eigene Rezeption, man muss in das Nebenhotel gehen. Die Hotels sind aber miteinander verbunden, was völlig in Ordnung war. Es gab genug Plätze in der Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Die Sauberkeit war allerdings ein großes Minus. Es wird scheinbar nur dort gesaugt, wo es direkt sichtbar ist. Unter dem Bett und der Couch lagen Staub, Essensreste und andere Gegenstände. Auch das Geschirr beim Frühstück war leider teilweise alt und nicht richtig sauber. Wir waren insgesamt sehr……

“Pros: Allein der Ausblick auf die Skyline von Augsburg entschädigt für einiges, wenn man einen stressigen Tag hatte..... Ausstattung sehr praktikabel...... Für Kaffesüchtige sei gesagt es gibt nur eine Kapselmaschine....😉 Cons: Für mich war die Matratze zu weich ,ich bin groß und von Haus aus kräftig, ich komme eher mit härteren Matratzen klar.... Die Parkplatz Situation war durch die Baumaßnahmen am Hotelturm selbst und umliegend sehr problematisch Man musste teilweise längeren Weg in Kauf……

“Die Unterkunft ist sauber und CheckIn CheckOut waren problemlos und einfach. Jedoch war der HerdBackofen kaputt, die einzige Lampe am Bett auch. Zugang zum Bett nur krabbelnd über das Fußende möglich. "Zentrumsnah" ist auch sehr relativ, sind schon einige Straßenbahnstationen... Ist für eins zwei Nächte ok, aber wer richtig Urlaub machen möchte, wäre enttäuscht. ”
