This property is conveniently located 1.5 miles from Walnut Beach, 2 miles from Ashtabula Lift Bridge/Bridge Street, 2 miles from Walnut Beach and 6 miles from Geneva-on-the-Lake! You will always have something to do! We are pet friendly and offer a fenced in backyard. Enjoy everything the Lake Erie area of Northeast Ohio has to offer! Local recommendations located inside the home.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, Frank's is sure to offer you the R&R you've been craving! Outdoor seating set up on the front patio as well as a large fenced in backyard which offers a charcoal grill, fire pit and deck with outdoor dinette. Set back off the road with a paved driveway which offers plenty of parking. Guests also have access to small attached garage perfect for motorcycles, bikes or golf carts. This home offers 2 bedrooms- 1 with king size bed (2- twin XL) and the other with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms and living area have large flat screen TVs with HULU Live. The living room offers enough seating for everyone and an automatic reclining sofa! The kitchen offers an eat-in bar style dining area. Fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs including pots, pans, dishes, toaster and standard drip style coffee maker. Washer and dryer available for guests use during their stay.

Frank's also offers wheelchair accessibility! Wheelchair accessible doorways, hallways and entrance! This home is all one level offering an entrances with no steps.

Starter pack provided for guest- 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags. Dish, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are available in the unit for your use. Should you need more during your stay the closest store is located just down the road.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental Property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Overall cute little place and fairly clean...water pressure very low
Stay overall nice...inside pretty clean...laundry room noticed alot of water coming in ...hence why fan was on when we arrived...very musty smelling as well and messed with our allergies some...backyard seemed not well kept up...but we were not planning on grilling out anyways

We had an upgrade unexpectedly and it was very nice. We did have trouble getting into the house with the key pad but the host returned my call very promptly and got us in. The house was very nice their was 4 of us and we each had our own bedroom and with the 3 bathrooms that worked out perfectly. The only downside was I was with my Mom and Aunt and Uncle and it would of been nice to have an actual table to sit at not the many bar stools other than that we loved it. Will rent again next year Lisa

Good location. We enjoyed the Western Reserve bike trail and spent a day at Geneva on the Lake. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard in the evenings. Found some nice dog friendly restaurants.

Fantastic week of relaxation
We've been coming to the Ashtabula/Geneva on the lake area for three years now and we've stayed in Virbo places all 3 trips. While all 3 places were nice this house has to be the best ever. We stayed there for 7 nights and we can't find anything negative to say. This was our fur babys first trip and this property was perfect for her. The fenced in back yard was great for her when she needed to go out. She made herself at home. As I said before we can't find anything to complain about. We are planning to return trip for 10 nights next year and we are hoping to rent this home again. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach, our favorite haunts on Bridge St. ane other places we like to frequent. See you in a year.

A perfect way to spend the holiday with family!
It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this house! It was so close to family and a great place to come back and unwind with Netflix at the end of the day. Highly recommend - will definitely be back!

The water pressure for the bathtub/shower was inadequate, took over an hour to fill the tub using the faucet so we had to bring pots filled with hot water from the kitchen. Had a mouse on the kitchen counter eating the peanut butter crackers. I bought mouse traps to put in the kitchen. Also ashtabula is in the snow belt, while staying there we had over 15" of snow overnight and there was no snow shovel to clear a potty path for our dog or the walk to my car. I will not stay at another one of the companies rentals.

Perfect getaway house
My husband and I had a great time getting away to this delightful and quiet place. We also took our dog along with us. The only flaws/concerns I had involved the backyard. There were leaves covering the back yard leading to the yard being muddy for our pup. Also trying to pick up after our dog was a struggle because it all blended together. Lastly, there were a couple holes in the fence surrounding the backyard. Our dog is 50lbs so this wasn’t an issue for us but a smaller dog would be able to get through. Other than that great place to stay.

The home is warm and cozy. Just the right size for the two of us and out dogs. The dogs loved the fenced in back yard. Only suggestion fix the missing boards on the fence a smaller dog could squeeze through.

Always happy to find a pet friendly rental. The photos do not show how close the neighbors are...the description does not say it is secluded so I cannot fault the listing. Neighborhood is quiet but, living in the city, I normally prefer a rental with neighbors further away. HOWEVER, rental was clean, the TVs provided good options and you are close to many places to visit including a dog park. Beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks again for offering a good quality pet friendly rental.

The VRBO house was home away from home. Handicap rails were a big plus. Just wish the would invest the money and fix the water pressure in the shower!! Create a list of local channels and local breweries, eateries. We felt safe in the neighborhood and Rebecka was a great host!! We will book again when in Ashtabula!!

This was a quaint home in a nice neighborhood. It was easy to get to all the places we needed to go. The only down side was the water pressure in the shower but I’m not sure if that can be fixed. Everything was very clean.

We stayed here for a swim meet at SPIRE academy. Great location, close to restaurants, shops. Allowed us a place to go back to rest between sessions that was more like home then a hotel. Great customer service will definitely look to stay again when we go back next year!

Superbowl Weekend Stay
We had a phenomenal time! Cozy little house. Only thing that was a little different was the main entrance was into the bedroom. Other than that, no complaints! Great stay if you are looking to go to Geneva Wineries or make a trip up to the lake. We loved the litter harbor town down the road, the coffee place there is awesome so was the BBQ place we ordered takeout for the Super Bowl!

It was good for the most part
It's was a nice little cozy home. not many places to order take out from. Everything closes early. There were a few things that could of been addressed. To make our stay a little better. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. We were snowed In all day. We let management know first thing in am. Then a couple more times through out the day. The property management didn't seam to think it was that big of deal. it was 9 pm when someone finally showed up. After my fiance called. But all in all it was a nice little cozy home away from home. It was Clean, homey, the king bed was absolutely amazing. Neighbors were nice. I would revisit if they addressed the water pressure and got the garage doors. But we did enjoy our stay.
