"We weren’t made aware this was a work in progress. We arrived around 9 PM and were welcomed by a disheveled patio area with trash and cigarette butts. A large pile of unfinished wood trim greeted us in the entryway. The house was 83 degrees, so we cut on the mini-split downstairs and the window units in two of the bedrooms. There was only a fan for the third bedroom. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the veneer was peeling off the cabinets and things were generally grungy. The trashcan bottom...
