Great view of the pyramids. Friendly staff. Cautions: 1- the transportation prices that the hotel offers are higher than what you find independently. 2- area surrounding the hotel is not very clean

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are generally very helpful and efficient except one or two in the restaurants. Breakfast is good in general but I wish the cooked food is a bit hotter. Otherwise location is good. Rooftop is great for a drink and food and viewing the pyramids. Plenty of restaurants nearby and this hotel’s restaurant serves very good food and good price. The travel agent in the hotel arranged a 3 days private tour for us plus picking up and dropping off to the airport. Really good value and we had a spacious car and a knowledgeable guide and a driver. Well recommended On the whole, a very enjoyable 4 nights stay
