“The waterfall was beautiful and only a short walk away. The cabin we stayed in was stunning and well used during the rain with its huge verandah. We would have stayed forever but unfortunately we ran out of money! Teressa was wonderful and we hope to chat again over a cuppa tea next time when she is not rushed. ”

“Stoney Chute Studio is perfect. The mezzanine bedroom and bathroom are huge. The whole studio is huge. Full kitchen, lounge and dining areas. Water pressure is amazing with hot hot water. Completely off grid although you’d never know. The hosts are both amazing people. I spoilt myself and ordered dinner during my stay and was delighted at the meal prepared. If you get a chance, book a workshop with the hosts. I will definitely be back. ”

“Kerry and Barry are amazing hosts. Everything that you could want for a holiday is provided. From the time we arrived we were kept busy with games, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and a beautiful row boat to float around the peaceful lake. The unique buildings on the property that you have full use of were amazing. Even though it rained a couple of days we were able to sit around the fire its and relax and watch the rain on the lake. “The apartment is spacious and has clearly been recently up-dated and equipped. It had everything that we needed for our 4-day stay. It was spotlessly clean and our host, Rod, made the arrival and check-in process very simple. Rod was also available for any questions. The apartment is well located to explore Lismore on foot and, being on the road in from Ballina, the surrounding area by car. Very highly recommended.”
