When the machine gave us only one card instead of the 2 asked, the on-call person was very responsive and friendly. The room was amazing, the Kitchenette perfect for our stay. There was water in the fridge, coffee and two apples. The bed was super comfy and shower great. Parking right in front of the facility made it also very easy and comfortable.
