“Lovely room with great black out curtains as I needed a small nap. Wifi great. I really liked the private area for guests to eat, overlooked the garden. The bathroom was huge which for a girl is great. There was a little box on the floor which had items you could take if you forgot something, had never seen that before, lovely little touch. Great location if using the rail network, 5 mins walk. I walked to the sea which was 10 mins away. Would be back and highly recommend”

“Location was perfect. It's a few seconds walk to the Ha'penny bridge which is the gateway to Temple Bar. It's also backed by other neighbourhoods that are less pricey and just as authentic, with tons of shopping and food available in a 2-3 minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our first room was loud from construction noise in the morning but they moved us to a new room facing the river with no issues. The place was clean and definitely fairly new with great amenities.
