The location, however, is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the train station is only a block away. "We were just there as an overnight stay. When we arrived I was a little worried because the Gateway Hotel was right on the main road going through Clapham, but you didn’t hear much road noise at all.
We were there during the heat wave and was pleasantly surprised by a portable AC unit for the apt.
I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others."

"Great stay with very friendly staff and frequent cleaning/room turnover. It’s a lovely building in a really convenient location, but it is on a fairly busy road and whilst the rooms were nice, they aren’t the most modern.
Downside were doors closing noisily in the morning and rooms being soooo warm (it was during the heatwave, but upgraded fans or aircon might be needed). I’d definitely recommend still."

"Don't be fooled by this, they ignore you all day, then after 6 pm they write that something is broken and ask you to cancel, but after 6 pm you can't cancel the house."
