Summer is here, cool down on Beech mountain!

  • Visit and enjoy our newly renovated chalet. Sleep heavenly in one of our two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other one with a bunk bed. New fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a tub/shower have new appliances and granite countertops. Warm up in front of the gas fireplace or explore our 55 inch Smart TV, free WiFi is provided. The cabin offers parking for two cars and you have your own keypad entry to the cabin.

Cottage was well-appointed, well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. Owner was very accessible and responsive. From the deck on the back, I felt like I was in a tree-house - a summertime delight! Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it.

Host was very helpful and loved how close it was to the ski resort. The stated amenities were all available and this worked well for a family of 4 (with two children under 11).

This cabin was cozy and in perfect location to all activites you might want.40 min to Lake Watauga45 min to HorseBack riding at Dutch Creek Trails (80 per person)25 min Eagles Nest Winery was great! Villa Noe was a close second.15 min to Town Tavern of Banner Elk ( buffalo dip was killer had 2!)Enjoy!Thanks John for sharing your cabin!

Perfect winter vacation spot!

This property was the perfect spot for my family. Beautiful scenery and a couple of minutes from the ski resort. Nice and cozy home that i highly recommend.

Cozy home in the woods

Everything we could have needed was there in this sweet little house surrounded by nature. Comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen made this the perfect home base, while we enjoyed the mountain beauty and local activities each day of our stay.

Cute and Cozy

Perfect place for a weekend trip! Very close to shops/restaurants and a ton of different hiking trails, great location. Home is decorated very cute and had a nice deck to sit outside on. Would definitely come back for future trips!

Great spot

Really enjoyed our time here! Location is great. Close to lots of trails, restaurants, and the great Fred’s general store. The hosts, John and Christina, were great and accommodating. Would recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The rental has all expected amenities and is very clean and well appointed. We would like to return when we visit Beech again!

Winter long weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this chalet! Perfectly located close to everything! It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! It even snowed a little during our stay! We would definitely stay again!

John is truly a five-star host and one of the best we have had the pleasure of renting from. From the moment we booked our stay, he was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided a peaceful atmosphere with incredible scenic views. It was clear that John takes great pride in his home and in creating a welcoming experience for his guests.My wife and I have found our new favorite place to stay whenever we visit Beech Mountain. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend John and his property to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Chalet was perfect !! Loved the mud room ! Kitchen was stocked had a great assortment of spices, KCups and cook wear . The gas fireplace was very cozy .
So much snow !
Deer visited daily !! Sometimes joined us on our walk up to the slopes .

Great getaway

It was a great house nicely decorated equipped with everything you need. Close to beech mountain we snowboarded everyday all day and night that we were there.
