We had a great great time with family - and the pup could come too! So easy to access the skiing, great location for a family gathering. Great amenities for cooking and AMAZING views.
This house was awesome. Really close to beech mountain resort but I would suggest buying tickets in advance. Everything was sold out when we got there. Also get groceries on your way end. Going up a mountain is not for the faint of heart. But the cabin was great. Spectacular views, plenty of deck space, clean, everything you need. Also deer everywhere! We loved it.
The house was very clean and well appointed. It didn’t quite hit 5 stars for us for a couple of reasons; the outside spaces were the selling point for us but none of the porches or fire pit chairs were cleaned. All were covered in pollen, leaves and spider webs. The other downside for us was just small inconveniences - dirty pots and pans, a ripped screen near one of the beds, a back door that wouldn’t open, etc. nothing that terribly impacted our stay but it was not the 10/10 “Exceptional” I had hoped for given the other reviews. I will say the host was fabulously responsive and very kind. It was still a great house and I would recommend it.
