Apartment description - 3 bedroom apartment with 3 full bathrooms. This apartment still has the 100+ years old mosaic floors (a different design in every room) and beautiful ceilings with decorative moldings. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, shower, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet.
Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator.

The apartment has a small private BALCONY with seating and there is also access to the shared furnished ROOF TERRACE, with monument views.

BEDS - Master bedroom with one 180x190cm bed. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). 3rd bedroom has two single beds, one 90x200cm down, and one 90x190cm in the loft.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 6 people. It can sleep up to 6.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

Very spacious and lots of amenities like washer and dryer which were helpful. Great light in the master bedroom and living room. Close walk to many restaurants and sites. View of the sea from the rooftop deck as well. More than we expected for this stay.

Great location and incredible value for the price in regards to what you get. Bedrooms are nice and master bedroom is wonderful as is kitchen. Great location and walking distance to so many spots or short Uber ride.

The property itself was spacious and comfortable. Big fan of the tall ceilings and two balconies. There are many options for food, coffee, or convenience store necessities. It is in a central location, and a nice walk to the Sagrada Familia. The hosts were great at communicating, and checking in was very smooth. Overall, this property was the cherry on top to our trip there, and we truly had a wonderful time.

We stayed at this apartment as the final leg of our post-cruise vacation. This apartment far exceeded our expectations in terms size and amenities. We could have easily stayed longer and enjoyed the nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable and quiet. The washrooms were well stocked and functional with great water pressure. Kitchen had all of the essentials. Bonus items included the laundry room, double balcony and rear courtyard balcony. Loved the super high ceilings. Couldn't have asked for a better location and accommodations. Thanks for making quality family memories. Adios.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Our only complaint was that the Wi-Fi is very very spotty at best. If you plan on working which is something I had to do then it may be best to choose a different apartment however this location is very nice and is right in a great neighborhood. The beds are good and overall we enjoyed our stay

Even better than the photos!

This apartment was one of our favorite VRBO's ever! We've stayed at many around the world so that is really saying something! The photos don't totally capture the old world charm and beautiful details. They had everything we could want and more. Our family of four including boy/girl teens loved this place. The bathrooms were mostly tiny but it was terrific for each kid to have their own bathroom - and bedroom. So much charm everywhere from the tile floors to the ceiling mouldings and everything in between. The barreled ceilings in the loft bedroom were a great surprise too. Our greeter Olga could not have been more helpful and sweet. The only downside was the dryer door malfunction but I think they will replace it so no worries there. I saw in a previous review that they replaced the hot water heater after an issue with that so there's PLENTY of hot water for all to shower comfortably. They obviously take wonderful care of their property. We would happily stay in this beautiful apartment on future visits. We feel so lucky to have found it! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and were able to walk to all of the major sites from this home base. Also found taxis quickly anytime we needed them. There is an elevator but we enjoyed the stairs in this charming building. So much to see in Barcelona and so many great restaurants - it's hard to single any one place out. Rest assured, if you stay in this flat you will have a wonderful visit. Thank you Olga, Fernando and Lauren for your hospitality in your glorious city. With thanks from four happy SoCal visitors.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für einen Städtetrip. Man ist auch nah an 2 Haltestellen vom Hop on Hop off Bus (z.b. Sagrada Familia) schöner spanischer Vibe und super viel Platz. Für 5 Personen perfekt! Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, auch das man am anreisetag sein Gepäck abstellen darf bis die Unterkunft fertig ist, ist super geregelt. Liliana hat uns direkt in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Würde wir immer wieder buchen.

Super Ferienwohnung mit Zugang zur Dachterrasse mitten in Barcelona

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Sehr schönen und sauberen Wohnung. In jedem Bad war ein Föhn, sowie Duschgel und Handseife und auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch die Busanbindung war gut. Um die Wohnung herum hat es alles was man braucht : Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt, schöne Bars und Restaurants.Besonders gut hat uns der Balkon und der Zugang zur Dachterrasse gefallen. Für Geräuschempfindliche: die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße ( wir haben den Trubel abends genossen) und durch die Fenster zu den Innenhöfen kann es nachts laut sein. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Really enjoyed this apartment

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. The location and area of is very nice and easy to walk around with restaurants close. A door separates the bedrooms from living room so those who slept early were not disturbed. The apartment was clean and contained two balconies which was nice. A special thanks to Lauren and Fernando who mailed to the U.S. my friend's rings which were left behind at the apartment!!

Great location, wifi dodgy

The apartment is in a great location, and nicely laid out so that each bedroom has it's own bathroom and was good value. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately we found the wifi dropped out a lot and was very slow, so that would be my one area for improvement.
