Our room was clean, spacious, well furnished and decorated.Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was of a good standard. The hotel is a little further from the city centre than would be ideal and access for those without their own transport could be better

Booked a superior room and was given a very stark handicapped room. Moved to another non handicapped room the next night but equally stark. Not sure what the superior room booking got me vs a regular room.

Breakfast was outstanding, of great variety and served from 7 am .. easy to get a jump on the day. Walk from hotel to beach, historical sights, and shopping. While in walking distance from main train station, there is a shuttle train to/from main station on travel day .. just adjacent to the hotel .. helped with the luggage. People at the front desk most helpful and friendly.

Negatives: Parking was very difficult to find. Shower did not drain, we had to get wet, let it drain over and over. Feet were VERY dirty after walking on the floors. Overall felt liked they maintained minimal cleaning standards. As the hotel is below apartments, it is VERY NOISY. Windows are not soundproofed. Positives: Pedro at the bar was wonderful and makes amazing mojitos! Restaurant food was Spectacular!!! Breakfast had lots of options! Room size was very nice and spacious. Overall better than most Italian hotels. Linens on bed were high quality.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport. The room was clean, the floor in the restroom should be cleaned better. The AC was very noisy. staff was helpful. The property listed an adjacent golf course. There is not a golf course. Also listed that Pane e pomodoro beach was near which we found out is over a 25 minute walk. There is not a beach bar. Breakfast was included and it was okay. Good location but not immediately across from the beach as advertised. Not very much around for shopping and eating. It's about a 20 minute walk to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions.
