Escape to a Private Woodland Estate

Stylish contemporary Chicago area home nestled away from the bustle of city life on a beautiful, peaceful 5 acre forest lot.

Conveniently located between Chicago and Lake Geneva with access to shopping, dining and events in the Chicagoland area and the opportunity to do none of those things if you just want to get away.

Completely updated 4 bed, 2.5 bath 3400 sq foot spacious home with vaulted ceilings.

Hardwood floors throughout with granite kitchen and new stainless appliances.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, enjoy the privacy and charm of the mature forest, with deer, squirrels and other wildlife frequently visible on the property. Fitted with giant windows and balconies off of every room, this home is uniquely suited to enjoy our woodland paradise. A large private deck is fitted with an outdoor grill and patio furniture for your enjoyment.

Easy access to Chicago and area attractions by car or train, travel time is about 1 hour to 90 minutes during peak traffic.

Need S'mores? Our outdoor fire pit is stocked with firewood and ready to go.

Easy walking (or riding) distance from the Barrington Hills Riding Center.

Blazing fast wifi and smart TVs in every room with Netflix and Hulu, bring your own Amazon Prime login.

Feeling stressed? Relax in our brand new 2018 five-person Hot Springs "Flair" hot tub while you enjoy the privacy and tranquility of our wooded estate.

We try to provide everything needed to start your vacation (except food, of course), including complimentary water, ice and coffee. Also included are:
- salt, pepper and some spices

- trash bags
- dishwasher detergent
- laundry detergent
- hand soap
- bath tissue
- shampoo
- conditioner
- bath soap
- lotion
- kitchen, bath and hand towels
- extra sheets and pillows

**Due to Village Ordinance, our Home is available for extended rentals only with a minimum rental of ninety (90) days. Our minimum rental fee is $7,500 plus $200 per night after the first thirty days. Many of our Guests stay for less than thirty days of the 90-day rental.**

**No parties or events**

Small gatherings of family and friends are welcome. Our home is not suitable for parties or events.
