“We had a very pleasant time at the property; a beautiful piece of land with gorgeous pond and 2 geese families (1 with brand new goslings!) to greet us. Although the weather didn't cooperate to enjoy sitting in the yard, or enjoying the fire pit area we still had a good time. It was so helpful to have a good amount of space around us, for our time together that felt welcome and expansive too. Plenty of room for everyone and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Stunning views, too - it was hard to leave at the end of our stay! ”

“Fun house to get away and enjoy life on a farm. The owner let us feed the animals and gave us a full tour and left us farm fresh eggs to enjoy. Nice walking trails and canoeing available. The house is old but nicely updated, very charming and clean. Fresh flowers from the farm in almost every room. Books and games to enjoy. We sat on the patio for hours enjoying the views. Close to kingston and rhinebeck, perfect location for a girls trip or family get away!”

“Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather...
