"Despite my request for a quiet room I was given a room over the noisy restaurant which was closing at 2 am. In addition, there was some sewer odour that enter my room and the corridor every night. However, the hotel was not far from the Metro and food bar which was open 24 hours. "

"Our room did not have any blankets or towels. The room smelled like and ashtray and urine. We spoke to the lobby associate who told us that the rooms did not include towels or bedspreads/blankets. He also said he was unaware of a smell since it was just cleaned and that no he did not have another room. We left and went to another hotel. "

"We had a fantastic stay, with some of the best service we've received. The hotel is ideally situated for arriving on the train directly from the airport (though it's best not to head back towards the station after dark, any other direction is perfectly safe). The room was excellent - plenty of space, clean with great a/c, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff could not have been more helpful, with a warm welcome on arrival and excellent help throughout our stay, arranging taxis and making recommendations, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of choice and we enjoyed the quality of drinks available at the bar. We wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend it as it's great value for its location and quality."

"This hotel has been the best thus far on our Europe trip! I highly recommend this place as they are very friendly and extremely helpful. Angelica is the absolute best!!!!! So knowledgeable and extremely kind. She made our visit to Rome a wonderful experience. Seriously don’t look any where else, this hotel has it all. Good food, comfortable room, and very easy to hop on a bus (stop is at the hotel) or walk 10 min and hop on the metro line.

"We had an amazing stay at Social Hub Rome. The staff at the rooftop bar was so amazing, especially the one bartender was so nice and knowledgeable. He absolutely made our stay memorable and would be the reason we came back to your establishment as he made us feel like we were home.
