We were greeted and helped by very friendly man and woman upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a really good buffet breakfast for a hotel!

Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.

Room was still dirty, cereal on the floor, some brown goop on the bathroom floor. Booked a king bed and had two queens, no other available rooms. Breakfast was good though

The hot tub and pool were the best part of the stay except we couldn’t utilize it the next morning due to the water being shut off. A notice we were not aware of as we arrived late the night before. Good thing we showered the night before as we had no water in our room. The floor was not clean in the bathroom and we had a couple of dirty towels.

Pool was cold was told at end of stay that they have been having issues with the heater on the pool stay would have been more enjoyable if we were able to take more advantage of the pool that was the man reason for our stay breakfast really good and manager on duty the day of check out was really nice
