The room was comfortable but was in quite a noisy location even on the 21st floor. The staff were extremely helpful at all times and breakfast was quiet with lovely staff. A long way from Old Town and traffic was terrible

The location of the property was good and it was close to most of the amenities. The only issue was with the breakfast buffet. They were serving the same items every day and they need to make some changes. Also, it was too noisy at night times and it seems the customers did not care about the other people's privacy.

Otelin otoparkı var diye yazıyor ama yok.ark sokaklarda bulduğunuz yere kaldırımlara park etmek zorundasınız. wifi çekmiyordu.açık büfe kahvaltı yazmasına rağmen kahvaltı çok eksik ve yetersizdi.Kısacası konumu dışında iyi bir yanı yoktu.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Her seferinde doyarak kalktık.

Resepsiyon çok hızlı işimizi gördü. Otele girmeden 20 dakika önce uygulamadan rezervasyon yaptım. Otel oldukça temiz ve tam merkezi konumda. Buradan her yere yaya olarak gidebilirsiniz. Batum genelinde otopark yok.
