"Wasn't my first visit and knew it would be as good as ever. If anything, the Christmas dinner had improved, it seemed larger. Room was perfect, shower was huge and easy to use. I slept like a log. Excellent breakfast too.My only criticism is the location because I don't drive but that's on me, not the hotel."

"Nice hotel located in city centre, ideal if like ourselves your going to a local event. The rooms are clean and spacious and good value. The bed was lovely and comfortable.

"It is actually a nice property but its attitude to guests is off the mark. The check-in instructions are complicated and officious. The door entry system is weird and puts you at the mercy of your phone's battery. They don't let you control the heating and warn against using too much hot water. They would charge you for the air you breath if only they could measure it. It feels like they would be happier if no-one stayed there. Perhaps the place is managed by Basil Fawlty?"

"Another great stay; excellent room and facilities; reception and bar staff professional and happy; third visit and will book again. Thanks for a great stay once again :)"
"Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. "
