House was very clean and welcoming. Jennifer made the process seamless from booking, to check-in and check-out. Great location on the Boulevard a block from the beach. Plenty of parking. A second kitchen, a hot tub, and backyard fire pit were well used and much appreciated. ##### Paula W. The three living rooms allowed for everyone to either play games,watch TV or just read and relax. The hot tub was perfect we used it everyday. We had 14 people overall. All 4 of his children and 3 of 6 grandchildren. The house with its 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and one awesome roof top deck was spectacular. One block from the beach and so close to so many things. The two kitchens plus the various decks and ample space provided everyone with a space for games, solace and entertainment. We all, especially my father in law had a terrific experience. Jennifer was super responsive at all times. 1000% of awesomeness. ##### Frank C. If you are looking for a place for several families to stay LOOK NO FURTHER. With multiple living areas, kitchens, and plenty of beds, this property has it all.
