Apartment on the 1st floor of 71 m², full of charm. Its French ceilings, its exposed stones and its covered terrace (9.5m²) we hope will charm you.
It is composed of a large comfortable living room, a large fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, 2 bedrooms with 200 x 160 double bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and separate toilets. The private terrace is covered so you can spend pleasant moments relaxing. Apartment accessible only by stairs only.

A beautiful and extremely clean apartment in the center of the old town. The apartment is stocked with all the supplies you’ll need and any extras (bread, croissants, cheese, wine, etc.) are readily available within 1-2 blocks. It is completely and recently renovated, and the owner decorated it in great taste with quality materials. If you have a car, their car park is just nearby. The hostess is charming and extremely responsive. Beaune is a great! town with many options for excellent restaurants, wine bars, wine tastings and fabulous scenery. A great opportunity to visit one of the finest wine regions in France and in style! Merci beaucoup J & J

Comfortable, well-located and well-equipped apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joce’s Beaune apartment. It’s light and airy with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely covered patio and a comfortable living area. Being inside the ramparts made it easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. We had a rental car, so the included parking (in a nearby garage) was critical because having a vehicle inside the walls is challenging. (We had a Renault Captur and would not have wanted anything larger for driving and parking in Beaune - or Chablis or Reims, for that matter.) Joce was easy to communicate with and is an excellent host. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in Beaune

Excellent location. Parking provided was a real asset. The apartment is nicely decorated with all essentials including the kitchen. Quiet at night. The host is delightful and checked with us during our stay for anything we might need. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

The apartment was perfect for us. A quiet street near shops, restaurants and points of interest. Joce met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay, including laundry and kitchen use. She also helped us when we left- she is an excellent host. The parking close by was a big help, too.

Best Location!

We planned a trip to Burgundy as a couple with our adult cousin from Paris coming along. The accommodations are clean and beautiful! Lots of room! Beds were VERY comfortable. It’s in the BEST location - in walking distance to everything! The host was so nice. We definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting to stay in Beaune!

“Beaune” Chois - Great Choice!

Beginning with our wonderful host, Jocelyne, who picked us up at the train, we enjoyed a perfect week in Beaune while attending The Cook’s Atelier 5-day cooking school. This was the ideal place to stay, in town, around the corner from the school, close walk to all the amazing restaurants. The apartment is incredibly clean, comfortable, air conditioned, spacious and well stocked. I highly recommend for any length of stay. We will be back!

Beautiful

Great location and lovely property. Access to our apartment was up a narrow spiral staircase but that aside this is a wonderful place to stay. Jocelyn, the owner, is a lovely lady who ensures that guests have a great visit to Beaune.

Fantastic apartment!

This apartment is fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the old walled city, and close to shops, restaurants, the Hospices of Beaune. It is also a very comfortable and quiet apartment, and we were able to sleep well each night. You can walk or bike everywhere. We were in Beaune for 3 weeks without a car, and we rode our bikes on the vineyard bike trails, exploring Pommard, Volnay and Meursault. Joce is an amazing host! The apartment is spotless, and Joce was always ready to help with any requests we had. She gave us excellent recommendations for things to do, and made our stay very comfortable. Joce is a host who goes above and beyond, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience in Beaune, thanks to Joce and her beautiful apartment.

Beautiful Beaune Apartment

A lot of properties seem to get high ratings whether they truly deserve them or not. This one merits every star. Beautifully renovated two bedroom apartment run by a very friendly and helpful owner. It's also in an excellent location with many shops and restaurants literally on the same block in the "old" part of Beaune. There's no elevator to the first floor apartment that my wife and I stayed in but this wasn't any problem. It's only twenty stairs up (albeit twenty ancient curved stone stairs.) That might be the only drawback for someone who just couldn't get up a staircase. There is an elevator to the second floor apartment. We didn't see that place but have to assume it's equally well done. The appliances are all new and the apartment is very well equipped including a "welcome" bottle of wine and a couple of Burgundian special pastries. Everything was first rate. We have stayed in maybe 2 or 3 dozen rental homes and apartments in Europe and North America. This was one of the best. Highly , highly recommended.

Best of Beaune

A well maintained and attractive property in the perfect size old French town. The location is excellent. We were two healthy adult couples traveling together and this property worked very well for us. We enjoyed Beaune and used it as a base to tour Dijon and all of Burgundy. And, of course, Jocelyn was the perfect host, available and helpful when needed but left us alone otherwise. Please note that this property would not work for anyone with mobility issues or has difficulty walking up a stone spiral staircase. Also, the parking space was invaluable but be warned that the spaces are very small.

Wonderful apartment and fantastic host

Our apartment was wonderful - very well equipped, clean and spacious. The location is great for exploring Beaune by foot, and it was helpful to have free parking at a nearby garage. Joce (the owner) speaks excellent English and booked some restaurants for us before our arrival - she went out of her way to be flexible and helpful. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others visiting the area. Thanks, Joce, for such a warm welcome and unique apartment.

L'appartement est parfait en tout point, tout est prévu pour être comme chez soi, rien ne manque. L'accueil a été des plus agréable également. Nous sommes malheureusement arrivés la semaine où des travaux importants demarraient dans la rue et avons subi le bruit des engins de chantier quatre jours durant (marteau-piqueur dès 7h40 le premier jour). Nous quittions donc l'appartement tôt le matin pour revenir après 17h00, heure de fin des travaux. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas été prévenus et que dans de telles circonstances le locataire n'ait aucune possibilité d'annuler son séjour.
