TV was not working in the room. Staff was helpful, polite, and accommodating, and moved us to an upgraded suite. Unfortunately the fridge was not working and our food spoiled. We just lived with it and didn't want to bother staff any more.

The staff was great but the building is in really poor shape and the first room we were given had dirty sheets. Human hairs in the bed sheets a small bug on the one pillow. Won’t stay here again.. I do want to emphasize the staff was great!! They immediately got us a different room. Very apologetic .. Brought the key up to us so we didn’t have to take all our stuff back down to the lobby. It looks like the began renovations but then stopped ..
