Pretty good value, but with great value there’s some drawbacks. No sheets on the bed is extremely weird. Pretty clear it was built around the turn of the century, based on the height of the shower head… when people were shorter. Location was great, right on the river walk and within walking distance to a lot of nice stuff.

Great location and view. The bedroom looked nothing like the pictures of the listing. Bed was smaller and furniture was very dated. The coffee maker didn’t work and the dishwasher was full of clean dishes when we arrived. Overall I feel it could use some updating especially when the pictures you use to portray what you are renting are so vastly different

This was a fun stay for us. The walls are thin, but who cares. Its right on the bike trail on the river and was very convenient for getting around Bend. The pool was great, and my kid loved it. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come down.

Our stay exceeded our expectations - the room was clean, nicely decorated, and you cannot beat the view of the river right outside the windows. So peaceful, and a great location with close proximity to the downtown area of Bend. Easy instructions to get in and exit at the end of our stay, and will look to come back again next time we are visiting Bend.

Great location in the Deschutes. Perfect short stay for a concert. Only thing I would say is to beware, the walls are paper thin. Could hear absolutely everything going on in the room next to us and above.

My new absolute favorite place. The river is “home” to me..peaceful, tranquil and gives me a gentler spirt. My husband loved his day of Golf at Widgi Golf Course. We loved our room! We loved being ground floor and able to walk to the river in a minute! We took our Service Dog, Lab/Soringer, that happens to love the water and nature. She woke up every morning for her walks and adventures and of course swims! We saw the Goo Goo Dolls, at Hayden Homes Amphitheater … what an amazing show but the Venue especially, made this trip amazing. I’ve fell in love your your property, weather and elegance of your town. We walked the Deshutes River trail, and everything around us was beautiful! We will definitely be back! We hated to leave. Thank you for sharing your hidden treasure and hospitality! Truly

Make sure you pay attention to the actual unit you are renting. The main listing photos were for a different unit than ours 321/322 which was pretty dated. Mold on the shower head, show floor stains, partially used paint cans on shelf, dog hair on bed sheets (when raised to staff they did promptly bring clean bedding). Curtains that didn't quite fit the window size causing light to come in. Great location and view, kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Not a bad place place for under $120 per night but was expecting much more value for the price we paid and felt like a bait-n-switch when looking at the listing images on Expedia which shows a modern new unit.
