#### Terrible experience due to false advertising

We were promised a condo with dining area, kitchen fireplace one bedroom by hotels.com and instead was given a hotel room With a microwave we were there for 11 nights and it was very uncomfortable when we try to contact hotels.com I was put on hold for hours at a time at one point I mistakenly called the hotels.com number and got charged $283 for making an overseas call the trip was a nightmare

The property was stunning when we drove in. The gals at the front desk were lovely and welcoming. We parked in an open spot “near” our lodging. After that it went straight down hill. Trudged to our room, definitely not a condo unit. Up poorly cared for stairs. Opened our door to find a dark tiny room in the corner of this building. Garbage in the drawer, no batteries in the remote for the tv, splattered stain on the closet and the toilet lever broken. The cost of this room was more than our 5 star hotel in Portland and felt like a cheap motel. I guess you pay for the amenities, which out short stay didn’t allow room for honestly. It was an incredible waste of money and hugely disappointing.
